Returns Policy
Marine Spares Online offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our website. If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom or special-order products, personalised items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and any items marked as final sale. Gift cards and discounted sale items are also non-returnable.
